Weeknight Creamy Boursin Chicken Everyone Loves

Quick and flavorful creamy Boursin chicken with garlic-herb cheese sauce. A perfect weeknight dinner ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, halved horizontally
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup chicken broth
1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
½ cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice and season chicken.
  2. Sear chicken in butter/oil 4–5 mins per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 sec.
  4. Add chicken broth and simmer 2 mins.
  5. Stir in Boursin and cream. Simmer until smooth and slightly thickened, 2–3 mins.
  6. Return chicken to pan. Simmer 2 mins more.
  7. Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Use low heat when adding cheese to prevent curdling.
