1.5 lbs baby potatoes, diced
1.25 lbs steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
4 tbsp butter, divided
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp honey
¾ cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Fresh parsley, for garnish
