1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
4–5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp neutral oil
3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
Optional: 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Optional garnishes: sesame seeds, green onions
Serve over rice, noodles, or quinoa. Add chili flakes for heat. Keeps well for 4 days.
