1 lb ground beef or turkey
2 cups fresh spinach (or ½ cup frozen, thawed and drained)
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
¼ cup grated parmesan (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
