These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are loaded with juicy steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and melted provolone cheese, all wrapped in a low-carb fathead dough. A delicious and portable low-carb twist on the classic sandwich.

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • ¾ to 1 lb shaved steak
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • Optional: splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 46 slices provolone cheese

For the Dough:

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook onion and bell pepper in oil until soft. Add steak, seasonings, and cook until browned. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, microwave mozzarella and cream cheese until melted. Add almond flour, egg, and mix into a dough.
  3. Divide dough into 4–6 balls. Flatten into ovals.
  4. Add provolone and steak mixture. Fold or roll to seal.
  5. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Optional: brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes until golden. Rest and serve.

Notes

  • Make ahead and freeze for meal prep.
  • Reheat in oven or air fryer for crisp texture.
