Juicy chicken breasts pan-seared and coated in a glossy honey lemon glaze. Sweet, tangy, and packed with bright flavor—ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
Optional: 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water

Instructions

  1. Season and pound chicken to even thickness.
  2. In small bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, zest, garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch slurry (if using).
  3. Sear chicken in oil over medium heat, 5–6 minutes per side until cooked. Remove.
  4. Simmer sauce 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to pan and spoon sauce over. Cook 1–2 more minutes.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges or parsley.

Notes

Use thighs for extra juiciness.
Add chili flakes for heat.
Great over rice, salad, or veggies.
