1½ cups shredded cooked chicken
½ cup chopped cooked spinach (drained)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
⅛ tsp black pepper
¼ cup chopped artichokes (optional)
20–24 mini phyllo shells or wonton wrappers
Optional: chopped parsley, extra cheese for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare muffin tin or line with phyllo shells.
In a bowl, mix chicken, spinach, cream cheese, cheeses, and seasonings until smooth.
Fill each shell or dough cup with 1–1½ tbsp of mixture. Top with extra cheese if desired.
