Crispy, cheesy, and packed with garlic chicken, these wraps are a fast and satisfying meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or blend)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Italian seasoning, paprika, extras like spinach or tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add cooked chicken, stir to coat in garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay tortillas flat. Fill each with chicken and cheese. Add extras if desired.
  4. Roll tightly into wraps, folding in sides.
  5. Toast wraps in a skillet with butter/oil, seam-side down, 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Notes

Add your favorite veggies or spices for variations. Bake instead of pan-frying if preferred. Great for lunches and meal prep.
