3–4 red chilies (Fresno, bird’s eye, or red jalapeños)
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
