These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are packed with seasoned steak, sautéed peppers, and provolone cheese, all wrapped in low-carb dough. Perfect for meal prep or comfort food cravings!

For the Filling:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • ¾1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

For the Dough:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion and bell pepper in oil until soft. Add steak and seasoning. Cook until browned. Set aside.
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese. Stir in almond flour and egg to form a dough.
  3. Divide dough into 4. Flatten, fill with meat mixture and cheese. Fold and seal.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat in air fryer for crispness. Customize filling with mushrooms or spice.
