1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
For Sauce:
¾ cup fresh orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp grated garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
