For the Koftas:
1½ lbs ground chicken
½ onion, grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp allspice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 egg, beaten
⅓ cup breadcrumbs
Olive oil for cooking
For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
