Pan-seared juicy chicken smothered in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and Italian herbs. Rich, comforting, and ready to impress.

Ingredients

23 boneless chicken breasts
Salt, pepper, ½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), sliced
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch red pepper flakes
⅓ cup grated Parmesan
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. (Optional: Lightly flour.)
  2. Sear chicken in oil and butter, 4–5 minutes per side. Remove.
  3. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 2 minutes.
  4. Deglaze with broth. Simmer 2 minutes. Add cream, seasoning, and red pepper.
  5. Stir in Parmesan. Simmer 3–5 minutes until thick.
  6. Return chicken to pan. Simmer 3–5 minutes more.
  7. Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

Use thighs for extra juiciness. Lighten with half-and-half or dairy-free cream. Double sauce for pasta.
