Easy, no-bake Christmas Rice Crispy Balls made with marshmallows, crispy cereal, and festive sprinkles. A perfect holiday treat for kids and parties.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows (reserve ½ cup)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Red or green food coloring (optional)
  • Christmas sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and 4 cups marshmallows over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and food coloring (if using).
  3. Fold in cereal and reserved ½ cup marshmallows.
  4. Roll into 2-tbsp-sized balls with greased hands.
  5. Press sprinkles onto tops while still tacky.
  6. Let set at room temp for 30 minutes before serving.
