A low-carb, keto-friendly version of Philly cheesesteak rolls made with beef, peppers, onions, and melted cheese, all wrapped in cheesy shells. No bread needed!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thin-sliced steak (ribeye, sirloin, or shaved beef)
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt & pepper
  • 6 cheese wraps (store-bought or homemade with mozzarella/provolone)
  • Optional: cream cheese, mushrooms, hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Sauté peppers, onion, and garlic until soft.
  2. Add steak, cook until browned and tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm cheese wraps or make cheese shells (bake shredded cheese until melty).
  4. Fill each wrap with steak mixture. Add extras like cream cheese if desired.
  5. Roll tightly and bake 5–8 minutes for crispy texture, or serve as-is.

Notes

Great for meal prep. Use mushrooms or turkey for variation. Store up to 4 days refrigerated.
