Tender steak, sautéed peppers, and melted provolone wrapped in a golden low-carb dough. These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are cheesy, satisfying, and totally gluten-free.

Ingredients

Dough:
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons cream cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
1 egg

Filling:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave. Stir smooth.
  3. Add almond flour and egg. Mix and knead into dough.
  4. Sauté onion and pepper in oil. Add steak and seasonings. Cook 3–4 minutes.
  5. Roll dough into rectangle. Add steak mix and provolone. Roll up and slice into 6 rolls.
  6. Place in greased baking dish. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Notes

Freeze before or after baking. Use casserole method for an easier version. Reheat in oven or air fryer.
