These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are a low-carb twist on the classic sandwich—loaded with thin-sliced beef, sautéed veggies, and melted cheese, all rolled up in crispy cheese shells.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shaved ribeye or flank steak

  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

  • 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

  • Optional: hot sauce or steak seasoning

Instructions

  • Sauté peppers, onions, and mushrooms in olive oil until soft.

  • Add steak and seasonings. Cook until browned. Set aside.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

  • Create ⅓-cup cheese circles and bake 6–8 mins until golden at edges.

  • Let cool 30–60 seconds, then fill and roll each with beef mixture.

  • Serve hot with dipping sauce or side salad.
