¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard or ketchup (optional)

¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp finely minced onion
1 tbsp oil or butter
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (for gravy)
