These high protein pepperoni pizza rolls are packed with cheesy, meaty flavor and made with Greek yogurt dough for a soft, fluffy texture and extra protein. Perfect for meal prep, snacks, or pizza night.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
  • 15 turkey pepperoni slices, chopped
  • 1 egg (optional, for brushing)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour and yogurt until a dough forms. Knead until smooth.
  3. Roll into a rectangle (about 10×12 inches).
  4. Spread sauce, then top with cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Roll up tightly and slice into 8 rolls.
  6. Place in a greased baking dish. Brush with egg, sprinkle seasoning and Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat flour for more fiber.
  • Add diced vegetables for extra texture.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
