Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt (or oil), lemon juice, and spices to form a marinade.
  2. Coat the chicken in marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
  3. Cook chicken using stovetop, oven, or grill method until internal temp reaches 165°F.
