Crispy, cheesy zucchini tots made keto with almond flour and cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer. A healthy low-carb snack or side dish everyone will love.
1 medium zucchini (grated, squeezed dry – about 1 cup)
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 large egg
¼ cup almond flour
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Olive oil spray for air frying
Grate zucchini and squeeze out moisture thoroughly.
Mix zucchini, cheese, egg, almond flour, and seasonings until combined.
Shape into 12–14 small tots using 1 tbsp per tot.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray basket.
Place tots in basket, spray tops lightly with oil.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve warm with keto-friendly dip.
