Crispy, cheesy zucchini tots made keto with almond flour and cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer. A healthy low-carb snack or side dish everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini (grated, squeezed dry – about 1 cup)

  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • Olive oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  • Grate zucchini and squeeze out moisture thoroughly.

  • Mix zucchini, cheese, egg, almond flour, and seasonings until combined.

  • Shape into 12–14 small tots using 1 tbsp per tot.

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray basket.

  • Place tots in basket, spray tops lightly with oil.

  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • Serve warm with keto-friendly dip.

Notes

Chill mixture if it’s too soft to shape. Freeze uncooked tots for later. Bake at 400°F for 18–20 mins if no air fryer.
