1½ lbs chicken tenders
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and add a wire rack.
Set up 3 bowls: flour; eggs; panko mixed with Parmesan and spices.
Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then panko mixture.
Place on rack and spray with oil.
Bake 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crisp.
Serve hot with dipping sauces or sides.
