Cheesy beef burritos stuffed with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and crispy fries — served hot and wrapped in a soft tortilla for the ultimate comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 3 cups cooked fries (oven-baked or air-fried)
  • Optional: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Bake or air-fry fries until golden and crispy.
  2. In skillet, cook ground beef in oil until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Add spices and optional salsa. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas and assemble: beef, cheese, fries, and toppings.
  5. Roll burritos tightly. Toast in skillet if desired.
  6. Serve with extra fries and sauce.
