This Yogurt Marinated Chicken is juicy, flavorful, and ultra-tender thanks to a simple marinade of Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon, and warm spices. Perfect for grilling, baking, or pan-searing.
1½–2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
In a bowl, whisk yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices.
Add chicken and coat well. Marinate at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Grill, bake, or pan-cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days.
