This Yogurt Marinated Chicken is juicy, flavorful, and ultra-tender thanks to a simple marinade of Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon, and warm spices. Perfect for grilling, baking, or pan-searing.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices.

  • Add chicken and coat well. Marinate at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.

  • Grill, bake, or pan-cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

  • Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days.

  • Marinate in a zip-top bag for easy cleanup.
