Ingredients

2 chicken breasts or thighs, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of chili flakes
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
2 tbsp butter (optional)
½ tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet. Season and cook chicken 6–8 mins until golden.
Add minced garlic and sauté 1 more minute.
In a small pan, melt butter with garlic and parsley (optional).
Lay tortillas, fill with chicken and cheese, and roll tightly.
Brush wraps with garlic butter and toast 2–3 mins per side in skillet or panini press.
