These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are loaded with juicy garlic-seasoned chicken, melty cheese, and toasted in a golden tortilla. Fast, flavorful, and ultra-satisfying — the perfect lunch or weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional)
  • ½ tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Season and cook chicken 6–8 mins until golden.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté 1 more minute.
  3. In a small pan, melt butter with garlic and parsley (optional).
  4. Lay tortillas, fill with chicken and cheese, and roll tightly.
  5. Brush wraps with garlic butter and toast 2–3 mins per side in skillet or panini press.
  6. Slice and serve warm with dips or sides.

Notes

  • Add tomato, avocado, or greens to bulk up.
  • Store leftovers wrapped in foil for up to 3 days.
