Meatballs:
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup red onion, grated
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp oregano
Zest of 1 lemon
Optional: 1/4 cup crumbled feta
Salt & pepper, to taste
Tzatziki:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
1–2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine all tzatziki ingredients and chill.
Mix meatball ingredients in a large bowl.
Form into ~18 small meatballs.
Bake at 400°F for 16–18 mins or pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
