Juicy Greek turkey meatballs infused with garlic, lemon, and herbs, served with cool, creamy tzatziki — a healthy, high-protein Mediterranean favorite.

Ingredients

Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup red onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Optional: 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Tzatziki:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all tzatziki ingredients and chill.
  2. Mix meatball ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Form into ~18 small meatballs.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 16–18 mins or pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve with tzatziki and your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Use almond flour for low-carb version.
  • Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days.
  • Serve in bowls, wraps, or with roasted veggies.
