These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps combine melty cheese, garlicky flavor, and juicy shredded chicken all wrapped in a crispy tortilla — a perfect quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Optional: Spinach, caramelized onions, or bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in parsley and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a spoonful of garlic butter.
  3. Lay out tortillas. Add cheese, chicken, optional veggies, and more cheese. Drizzle garlic butter.
  4. Roll up tightly. Toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden on both sides, or air fry at 375°F for 5–6 minutes.
  5. Slice and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quick prep.
  • Freezes well — wrap tightly and reheat before serving.
  • Make it spicy with chili flakes or hot sauce in the filling.
