1 large head cauliflower, chopped
4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
1 onion, diced
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
4 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp turmeric
2 tbsp tahini
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
