These Keto French Toast Sticks are golden, crispy, and completely flourless—perfect for low-carb breakfasts, meal prep, or brunch! Made with keto-friendly bread and a sugar-free egg custard, they’re quick, easy, and delicious.

Ingredients

For Bread:

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour (or extra almond flour)

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

For Egg Coating:

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or almond milk

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Optional: 1–2 tsp powdered sweetener

For Cooking & Serving:

  • Butter or coconut oil

  • Sugar-free syrup

  • Optional: powdered monk fruit, whipped cream

Instructions

  • Mix bread ingredients and microwave in greased ramekin for 90 seconds.

  • Slice cooled bread into sticks.

  • Whisk eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener.

  • Dip bread sticks quickly into egg mix.

  • Fry in butter over medium heat until golden on all sides.

  • Serve warm with keto syrup or toppings of choice.

Notes

  • Use store-bought keto bread if preferred

  • Make in batches and freeze for later
