These Keto French Toast Sticks are golden, crispy, and completely flourless—perfect for low-carb breakfasts, meal prep, or brunch! Made with keto-friendly bread and a sugar-free egg custard, they’re quick, easy, and delicious.
For Bread:
1 egg
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour (or extra almond flour)
1 tbsp melted butter
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
For Egg Coating:
2 eggs
2 tbsp heavy cream or almond milk
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Optional: 1–2 tsp powdered sweetener
For Cooking & Serving:
Butter or coconut oil
Sugar-free syrup
Optional: powdered monk fruit, whipped cream
Mix bread ingredients and microwave in greased ramekin for 90 seconds.
Slice cooled bread into sticks.
Whisk eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener.
Dip bread sticks quickly into egg mix.
Fry in butter over medium heat until golden on all sides.
Serve warm with keto syrup or toppings of choice.
