1 lb chicken breast or thigh, thinly sliced
3 cups broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp neutral oil
½ tsp sesame oil
Chicken Marinade:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp Shaoxing wine
½ tsp cornstarch
Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
¼ cup chicken broth or water
½ tsp cornstarch
Instructions
Marinate chicken for 10–15 minutes.
Blanch broccoli for 1–2 minutes, rinse with cold water.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Stir-fry chicken in oil until cooked. Remove.
Sauté garlic and ginger. Add broccoli and chicken.
