Crispy air fryer buffalo cauliflower steaks made with bold spices and a tangy-hot glaze. Easy, healthy, and full of flavor with a satisfying texture.

Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
⅓ cup buffalo sauce
Chopped parsley or chives, for garnish
Optional: ranch or blue cheese dip

Instructions

  1. Slice cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  2. Mix oil and spices, then brush onto both sides.
  3. Optional: dust with cornstarch for crispness.
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 12–15 mins, flipping halfway.
  5. Toss or brush with buffalo sauce.
  6. Return to air fryer for 2–3 mins.
  7. Serve warm with garnish and dip.

Notes

Oven option: bake at 425°F for 25–30 mins. Use vegan buffalo sauce for plant-based version. Serve in tacos, bowls, or wraps.
