Crispy chicken wraps are loaded with crunchy chicken tenders, fresh lettuce, cheese, and sauce—all rolled in a warm tortilla for the perfect quick and protein-packed meal.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless chicken breasts or tenders
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
1/2 cup ranch or sauce of choice
Optional: tomato slices, avocado, pickles

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into strips. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake at 425°F for 20–22 minutes, air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, or pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
  4. Warm tortillas.
  5. Assemble wraps with lettuce, chicken, cheese, and sauce. Add optional toppings.
  6. Fold tightly. Grill seam-side down in skillet for extra crunch if desired.
  7. Serve warm or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

Use turkey or tofu for variation. Great for lunch prep. Store components separately for best results.
