1 lb chicken tenders or breast strips
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a wire rack.
Set up breading stations: flour, beaten eggs, seasoned breadcrumbs.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Place on the baking sheet and spray tops lightly with oil.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
