1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1 egg
1/3 cup shredded cheese (Parmesan or mozzarella)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter or tallow (for browning)
3/4 cup heavy cream
Optional: 1/4 cup beef broth
Optional: 2 tbsp cream cheese
Use fattier ground beef for richer results. Do not boil the sauce. Stir gently to maintain a creamy consistency.
