Tender chicken breasts pan-seared to golden perfection and simmered in a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. A one-skillet dinner that’s comforting, elegant, and ready in 30 minutes.

For the Chicken:

  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter (divided)

For the Sauce:

  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season and lightly flour the chicken.
  2. Sear in oil and 1 tbsp butter until golden and cooked through. Remove.
  3. Sauté garlic in remaining butter for 1 minute.
  4. Add broth, then stir in cream, cheese, and seasoning. Simmer to thicken.
  5. Return chicken and simmer 2–3 mins. Garnish with parsley.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.

Notes

  • Add spinach or mushrooms if desired.
  • Thin the sauce with extra broth if needed.
  • Reheats well for leftovers.
