For the Chicken:
2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter (divided)
For the Sauce:
6 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Season and lightly flour the chicken.
Sear in oil and 1 tbsp butter until golden and cooked through. Remove.
Sauté garlic in remaining butter for 1 minute.
Add broth, then stir in cream, cheese, and seasoning. Simmer to thicken.
Return chicken and simmer 2–3 mins. Garnish with parsley.
