Scale
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream

Add chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up brown bits.
Stir in Boursin cheese and cream. Simmer on low until smooth.
Return chicken to pan and simmer for 2–3 minutes more.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for a juicier version.
Add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce.
Best served with potatoes, pasta, or roasted veggies.
