Ingredients

  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese

  • 2 whole wheat or low-carb tortillas

  • ½ cup diced bell peppers

  • ¼ cup chopped onion

  • ½ cup fresh spinach or arugula

  • ¼ avocado, sliced (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 2 tsp olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  • Dice peppers, onion, and slice avocado.
