Creamy Chicken Boursin Sauce is a one-skillet dinner featuring golden seared chicken simmered in a rich garlic herb cheese sauce.

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 package 5.2 ounces Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in skillet and sear chicken until golden.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic.
  4. Add broth and simmer briefly.
  5. Stir in cream and Boursin until smooth.
  6. Return chicken and simmer until fully cooked.
  7. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.

Notes

Simmer gently to avoid sauce separation.
Add spinach or mushrooms for variation.
