  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes
  • 23 drops red food coloring (optional)
  • Extra whipped topping and candy canes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract; mix well.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Stir in crushed candy canes and food coloring (if using).
  4. Spoon into pie crust and smooth the top.
  5. Chill for 3–4 hours or overnight.
  6. Garnish and serve chilled.
