Frosted Tree Brownie Bites are fudgy brownie triangles decorated like mini Christmas trees with green frosting, sprinkles, and candy cane trunks. A festive holiday dessert perfect for parties and kids.

Ingredients

Brownies:

  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt

Frosting:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 34 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Green gel food coloring

Decorations:

  • Sprinkles
  • Mini candy canes or pretzel sticks
  • Star candies or chocolate chips

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13″ pan with parchment.
  2. Mix cocoa, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour and salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Bake for 22–25 minutes. Cool completely.
  4. Cut into triangle shapes. Chill for cleaner edges.
  5. Make frosting and tint green. Pipe onto brownies in zig-zag patterns.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles and candy cane trunks.
  7. Let set and serve.

Notes

Store up to 3 days at room temp or refrigerate if using cream cheese frosting. Freeze undecorated brownies for up to 2 months.
