Bold, sweet, and spicy chicken thighs glazed in a fiery buffalo-Dijon sauce. Baked or seared for juicy texture and caramelized heat.

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste

Diablo Sauce:
¼ cup hot sauce
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Pat chicken dry and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Brush sauce over chicken. Reserve some for later.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes or sear in skillet, then broil 5–7 minutes.
  6. Rest 5 minutes. Brush with more sauce. Serve hot.

Notes

Use breasts or wings if preferred. Add chili flakes for more heat. Grill or bake. Gluten-free and dairy-free options included.
