This easy one-pan dinner combines crispy ranch-seasoned potatoes, smoked sausage, and melty cheddar cheese — a crowd-pleasing comfort food dish perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes, diced
  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: green onions, bacon bits, sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a large baking dish.
  2. Toss diced potatoes with oil, ranch mix, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Add sausage slices and bake 15 more minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until melted.
  6. Garnish and serve hot.
