Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf for Busy Nights

Juicy, savory meatloaf made with garlic, Parmesan, and herbs, topped with golden cheesy crust and rich garlic butter. A bold, comforting twist on the classic.

Ingredients

lbs ground beef (85/15)
3 cloves garlic, minced
¾ cup grated Parmesan (divided)
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
3 tbsp butter
Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan. Sauté garlic 1–2 min. Remove from heat.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs and milk in large bowl. Let sit 2 min.
  4. Add ground beef, ½ cup Parmesan, eggs, Worcestershire, seasoning, salt, pepper, and half the garlic butter. Mix gently.
  5. Shape into loaf on baking sheet. Brush with remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with ¼ cup Parmesan.
  6. Bake 45–55 min, or until internal temp reaches 160°F.
  7. Rest 10 min. Slice and serve.
