A bold and savory fusion of spaghetti and stir-fry, this Asian-style ground beef spaghetti is packed with garlic, soy sauce, and sesame flavor — all in one easy skillet.

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp oil (canola or avocado)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1½ tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil. Brown ground beef until cooked through and slightly crispy.
  3. Add garlic and ginger. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, and chili garlic sauce. Pour into skillet and stir.
  5. Add spaghetti to skillet. Toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss again. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot.
