Crispy, cheesy, and veggie-packed, these Air Fryer Zucchini Cheddar Tots are a healthy, low-carb snack or appetizer that’s ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for kids, keto followers, or anyone looking for a guilt-free comfort food bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

  • ½ cup almond flour or breadcrumbs

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: fresh parsley, Parmesan, chili flakes

Instructions

  • Grate zucchini and squeeze out moisture using a clean towel.

  • In a bowl, mix zucchini, cheese, egg, flour, and seasonings.

  • Shape into small tots using 1 tbsp per tot.

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F and spray basket with oil.

  • Air fry tots in a single layer for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Serve with dip of choice.

  • To bake: Use 400°F oven, 18–22 min

  • Freeze raw or cooked tots for later
