1 slice thick bread
1 egg (medium or large)
¼ cup shredded cheese
½ tsp butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: herbs, tomatoes, hot sauce
Press the center of the bread to create a shallow well.
Brush with oil or butter and place in air fryer basket.
Sprinkle cheese around the edge; crack egg into center.
