  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet with parchment or rack.

  • Prepare 3 bowls: flour; beaten eggs; panko + seasonings.

  • Dredge chicken: flour → egg → panko.

  • Arrange on baking sheet, spray tops lightly with oil.
