3 cups water
1–1½ tsp instant dashi granules (or liquid dashi concentrate)
3 tbsp white or red miso paste
1/2 cup soft or silken tofu, cubed
1 tbsp dried wakame seaweed
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Do not boil miso. Adjust miso amount to taste. Add mushrooms, spinach, or chili flakes for variations.
